Welcome to my website. By scrolling over the "home" button you can find the dropdown menu to explore my current film, lecturing, music, and art projects, as well as the amazing divorce organization I work for. You'll also find my bio, resume, several pictures, as well as contact information on facebook, twitter, and by email.
My friends and teachers have always called me "renaissance man." I'm happiest when I'm involved with multiple projects involving creativity, social justice organizing, intellectual work, and various skills and passions I've acquired. I work part time at the Alpha Center for Divorce Mediation as an Attorney-Mediator, and have recently moved into a training position with them to educate and mentor new lawyers coming into the company or licensing the program. In that capacity, I'm part of a small team of attorneys, therapists, accountants, and financial counselors that supports and works with couples as they separate and divorce.
I am also a dedicated organizer for criminal justice and prison reform, and I made the film Broken On All Sides about the history and causes of mass incarceration. I am proud to be on the Board of two incredible organizations: The Center for Returning Citizens in Philadelphia, and Incarcerated Nation Corporation in New York City. I am currently looking for a fabulous intern to help with this work, listed here.
With my wife and creative partner, Karen Meshkov, I do various marketing/communications/creative work under the banner of We Speak Volumes. This includes work as a consultant in various capacities, making music, producing movies, and doing guest lecturing. My wife Karen and I completed an independent horror feature, A Dark Souvenir.
